Gagged To The Gag Step
Can anyone tell me what this phrase means (as seen today, while sitting at a railroad crossing, on every. single. train. car.)? I'm thinking it's all like, you know, totally a mix of Moon Unit's "gag me with a spoon" Valley Girl, with Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Train Unit lingo. Any clues?

lets see....i would have to say, something to do with a bulemic, running rampant throughout the cities, tagging railway cars in bitterness over her disease?
Susie, if so, she's gone to great lengths to have little signs made up. These were official plaques on the train cars. But bonus points for a creativity. ;-)
