Well, here's what the test results show. We know this to be true...especially the "upstart" and the "undiscovered" parts. And the picture looks just like me.
I gather they are, um, gathering information on which and how bloggers are using advertising on their blogs. The lack of ads is about the only thing your blog and mine have in common. :-)
Looks like your left pupil is blown. Might want to get that checked before you head out to sail around the world. That, or start wearing an eye patch. Yarrrgh...
P.S. - I went back and took the quizz. I found the questions rather leading, and there were a couple for which I could choose no correct answer. I came out to be a "Purist/Expert/Undiscovered". "Cynic" didn't come into the description at all, which is surprising since I suspect that the code provided to place in one's blog allows the test's creators to track down bloggers and hit them up for advertising.
I don't even remember what I was...but I think it was the same as you. This was just a weird little quizzy thing. But hey, the pictures are kinda cute. In a really strange way.

You're in bad company, missy. Namely, me.
What a strange quiz.
Well, hey, at least they got your age right. ;-)

I guess if you've been a blogger since before there were PCs you'd no longer be a young upstart.

Now... where's my tin foil hat?
